Pipe network heptafluoropropane and cabinet heptafluoropropane are two different fire-extinguishing devices of the same gas. Of course, the fire-extinguishing performance of the two is excellent, the market demand is large, and often the manufacturers are in short supply, but the application scenarios of the two are still somewhat different. So today, let's talk to you about how to choose the two products when purchasing heptafluoropropane fire-extinguishing devices, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of the two products?

Comparison of advantages and disadvantages between pipe network type heptafluoropropane and non pipe network (cabinet type) heptafluoropropane:

1. The heptafluoropropane system of the pipe network is sprayed through the pipe network, and the nozzles are evenly distributed. It is easy to spray evenly in the protection area, which is conducive to fire extinguishing, and the fire extinguishing effect is good. However, the cabinet heptafluoropropane is generally sprayed directly by the box nozzle, which is not very uniform compared with the heptafluoropropane of the pipe network.

2. Heptafluoropropane in the pipe network can be saved without considering the remaining amount of extinguishing agent in the pipe network.

3. The pipe network heptafluoropropane needs to be set up with a separate cylinder room and pipe network, while the cabinet heptafluoropropane is not required. If only one area is protected, the cost of pipe network system is high from an economic point of view.

4. If there are multiple areas, the heptafluoropropane system of the pipe network can use the same system to protect multiple protection areas. In case of fire in different protection areas, it can be sprayed pertinently. However, the cabinet heptafluoropropane needs to be equipped with steel cylinders and fire extinguishing agents separately in each protection area. At this time, the price of cabinet heptafluoropropane is relatively high.

5. The steel cylinders of pipe network heptafluoropropane system are between the steel cylinders. Because of the long distance, the pressure is required to be high, which is generally 4.2 MPa. Some are 5.6 MPa, while the steel cylinder of cabinet heptafluoropropane system is in the protection zone, so the pressure cannot be too high, which is generally 2.5 MPa.

The operating pressure requirements of the safety relief device on the storage container or container valve and the manifold of the combined distribution system are as follows:

1. When the pressurized pressure of the storage container is 2.5 MPa, it should be 5.0 ± 0.25 MPa (gauge pressure).

2. When the pressurization pressure of the storage container is 4.2 MPa and the Z large filling capacity is 950 kg/m3, it should be 7.0 ± 0.35 MPa (gauge pressure); Z when the large filling volume is 1120 kg/m3, it should be 8.4 ± 0.42 MPa (gauge pressure).

3. When the pressurized pressure of the storage container is 5.6 MPa, it should be 10.0 ± 0.5 MPa (gauge pressure).

4. The storage container with a pressurized pressure of 2.5 MPa should be welded; Storage containers with a pressurized pressure of 4.2 MPA can be welded containers or seamless containers; Storage containers with a pressurized pressure of 5.6 MPa shall be seamless containers.

Of course, the environment required by the two is not the same. The cabinet type is also divided into single bottle cabinet type and double bottle cabinet type. In the case of a single area or a small area, considering the pressure and distance, it is recommended to choose cabinet type heptafluoropropane, which can effectively save costs and improve the fire extinguishing efficiency. At the same time, cabinet type heptafluoropropane performs better in a single scene. But in multiple scenes and multiple spaces, the effect of pipe network will be better.
