However, heptafluoropropane is a gas fire extinguishing system, which needs daily inspection and maintenance to avoid errors in the event of a fire and affect the timing of fire extinguishing.
According to the relevant gas fire extinguishing regulations, we should carry out maintenance every three years. Due to the long time, the relevant equipment will have problems more or less. For the normal use of heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing equipment, we carry out maintenance every three years. For maintenance work, we can directly contact the relevant fire company, which will conduct a comprehensive inspection and commissioning of the equipment, and then provide the relevant maintenance certificate.
Heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing equipment is composed of fire extinguishing agent bottle group, drive bottle group, selector valve, pressure gauge and signal feedback device. Visual inspection of heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing equipment shall be carried out once a month:
1. The upper surface of the fire extinguishing equipment is clean and free of dust;
2. The protection area should be ventilated, dry and at an appropriate temperature;
3. The fire extinguishing agent transmission pipeline is stable without looseness;
4. Check the relevant nameplate, instructions and warning signs, which should be intact;
5. Check whether the pressure gauge on the fire extinguishing agent bottle group is normal and confirm whether there is leakage;
6. The appearance inspection of each equipment should be free of mechanical damage such as collision, deformation and corrosion;
Annual inspection, major inspection of heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing equipment:
1. Check whether the storage pressure of heptafluoropropane is normal and whether the indicator needle of the pressure gauge is within the green normal range;
2. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all parts of the fire-extinguishing equipment to see whether the connections of all parts are firm and loose, and whether the extinguishing agent delivery pipe and nozzle are blocked;
3. Check the fire extinguishing controller of the fire extinguishing equipment, readjust it to determine whether it can work normally, and check it through automatic and manual control respectively;
4. Sample and check whether the rubber device is aging.
Only when heptafluoropropane is checked in place can we rest easy in daily life and make no mistakes in use.
