We should first understand the installation. Represented by pipe network heptafluoropropane, the installation process of pipe network heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing equipment:


1. Set the position in the gas cylinder room and assemble the bottle rack;


2. According to the drawings or site conditions, arrange the bottle rack, and then build the collecting pipe rack and fix it;


3. Next, install the selector valve and outlet flange on the collecting pipe, and fix the bottle rack and starting bottle rack with expansion screws; Ensure the stability of the structure;


4. Then move the bottle to the bottle rack, connect the corresponding liquid check valve and high-pressure hose, fix it, and lock the bottle hoop;


5. Then install other selector valves and outlet flanges, fix them, install the starting bottle and lock them;


6. According to the design specification, install the delivered copper pipe and fasten it;


7. Then install the starting solenoid valve. (Note: pull out the safety pin under the solenoid valve before it is officially put into use).



Installation process of cabinet heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing device:


1. According to the site conditions, place the cabinet at the designated position or appropriate position, then move the storage bottle to the fire cabinet and connect it with the factory connecting pipe;


2. Then install and tighten the bottle hoop;


3. Then install the solenoid valve and fasten it.


4. Here, the cabinet device has been installed, and the rest is the linkage with the alarm system and control system, as well as the laying of lines.


Note: during official use, pull out the safety pin under the solenoid valve.


debugging


1. Before use, you must carefully read the relevant instructions of this system and be familiar with the engineering design scheme.


2. During the installation of this system, the storage bottle rack, storage bottle group, etc. should be firmly fixed.


3. The pipeline system must be carried out in strict accordance with the engineering design requirements. The material, diameter, length, surface treatment, layout line, nozzle specification, etc. of the pipeline shall be determined by the engineering design in accordance with gb50193-93, and shall not be changed at will during installation and construction.


4. The pipeline system must be firmly fixed to prevent strong vibration when the fire extinguishing agent is released, which will deform and damage it, and even cause damage to the building.


5. Check whether the starter acts.


6. According to the instructions and engineering scheme in the manual, connect the peripheral equipment such as fire detector, manual control box, audible and visual alarm and linkage equipment with the gas fire extinguishing controller. After the installation of the system, check whether the line connection is correct, and set and test the relevant functions according to the electrical instructions.


7. After debugging, reset the system and keep it in the normal opening state.


8. In the process of installation and commissioning, the provisions of code for construction and acceptance of gas fire extinguishing systems (gb50263-2007) must be strictly followed.


Requirements for safe use


1. Before the fire extinguishing system is sprayed, all personnel must evacuate the fire scene within the extended period. After the fire is extinguished, the fan must be started first, and the staff can enter the scene only after the exhaust gas is discharged.


2. The installation site of this device shall meet the following requirements:


(1) The ambient temperature is 0~50 ℃, and it is kept dry and well ventilated.


(2) The air shall not contain explosive, conductive dust and harmful substances that corrode parts, otherwise it must be protected, and the system shall not be subject to vibration and impact.


3. System installation and commissioning personnel should be familiar with the basic structure, working principle, performance and action procedures of the system, as well as the basic structure and working state of each valve.


4. Gas cylinders should be kept away from heat sources. During transportation, it should be loaded and unloaded with care, and it is strictly forbidden to collide, lie down or turn upside down.


5. The replacement of new safety diaphragms must be supplied by our company, and untested diaphragms cannot be used at will.


6. Avoid damaging the surface and affecting the appearance during disassembly and assembly.


7. Irrelevant personnel must not touch or tamper with the components of this system device to avoid accidents.


Maintenance and service


1. The system is a kind of fire extinguishing device with high degree of automation and strict requirements for sealing performance. In order to ensure the reliability of the work, a perfect system inspection and maintenance system should be established as required, and operating procedures should be formulated. The system shall be checked regularly and recorded, and the inspector shall sign.


2. The automatic fire extinguishing controller shall be managed by a specially assigned person and checked regularly.


3. Regularly inspect the gas fire extinguishing device, and the inspection contents and requirements shall comply with the following provisions:


All system components such as storage containers, container valves, electromagnetic starters, high-pressure hoses, nozzles, pressure gauges, etc. shall be visually inspected, and shall be free of collision deformation and other mechanical damage, rust, intact protective coating, clear nameplate, and correct position of manual emergency mechanical operation device.


The pressure indication value of the extinguishing agent in each extinguishing agent storage bottle should be within the green area.


The high-pressure hose shall be free of deformation, cracking and aging. If necessary, the hydraulic strength test and pneumatic sealing test shall be carried out for each hose according to national standards, or it shall be replaced.


4. After the fire extinguishing system is enabled, the following parts should be restored to their original positions before continuing to use:


Heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing controller button reset;


Reset the pressure switch piston;


Reset the manual device of the selector valve;


Reset the piston of the starter;


Replace the sealing diaphragms of the container valve and the starting valve;


Start the bottle group and refill with nitrogen;


Refill the fire extinguishing agent according to the design requirements; Restore the container valve to its original working state;


All removed pipelines must be installed correctly to ensure sealing.
