As a common gas fire extinguishing equipment, heptafluoropropane will inevitably have some problems in the process of use, which are difficult to solve. Of course, before contacting heptafluoropropane, we must have a professional or someone who knows the heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system to recycle and repair. If there is a problem with the equipment, we can't repair the heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system without permission, because the internal high pressure leads to the unstable state of heptafluoropropane, It is prone to accidents and may hurt yourself.

However, in any case, we all need to understand this knowledge in order to make preparations and precautions. Next, we will mainly talk about how to repair the heptafluoropropane system and how to reset it after use.

As we all know, heptafluoropropane is an efficient and clean fire extinguishing device with high degree of automation and tight sealing. In order to ensure the reliability of the work, special personnel who have received special training and passed the examination must be responsible for regular inspection and maintenance.

Heptafluoropropane should establish and improve the maintenance system according to the regulations, formulate the operating procedures, and make records of the regular inspection of the device. The records shall be filed and kept after being signed by the inspectors, and the inspection problems shall be handled in time.

We should pay attention to the following points:

(1) The device shall be inspected twice a month, and the inspection contents and requirements shall comply with the following provisions:

1. All device components such as storage containers, container valves, starting devices, fire extinguishing agent delivery pipelines and nozzles should be visually inspected. The device components should be free of collision deformation and other mechanical damage, the surface should be free of rust, the protective coating should be intact, the nameplate should be clear, and the lead seal and safety signs of the manual operation device should be complete.

2. The pressure indication value of the extinguishing agent in each extinguishing agent storage bottle should be in the green area.

3. The pressure indication value of nitrogen in the starter cylinder should be within the green area.

(2) The device shall be comprehensively inspected twice a year. In addition to the monthly inspection, the inspection contents and requirements shall also comply with the following provisions:

1. The opening of the protection area, the purpose of the protection area and the type, quantity and distribution of combustibles shall comply with the original design regulations.

2. The pressure hose shall be free of deformation, crack and aging.

3. The nozzle orifice is not blocked.

4. The transmission pipeline of extinguishing agent shall be free of damage and blockage.

5. Conduct a simulated automatic test on the protection area. If there are unqualified items, conduct a simulated air jet test on the protection area.

6. Check the accuracy of the pressure in the storage bottle and the pressure display for leak detection with a standard pressure display.

(3) A comprehensive inspection of the device should be carried out every five years. In addition to the monthly and annual inspections, the inspection contents and requirements should also meet the following requirements:

1. Disassemble, wash and re wash the valve parts and starting bottle components, and then retest.

2. Re debug the whole system.

Second, after using heptafluoropropane system to extinguish the fire, notify the maintenance personnel in time to reset the following components before continuing to use:

1. Reset the control panel (see the manual for details)

2. Replace the solenoid valve with a new diaphragm and restore the original working state.

3. Start the cylinder and refill the starting gas.

4. Reset the released selector valve.

5. Check whether the check valve is reset.

6. The container valve returns to the original working state.

7. Refill the extinguishing agent.

8. All removed pipelines must be installed correctly and sealed.

Of course, when we encounter problems with heptafluoropropane fire-extinguishing equipment, we still need to notify professionals at once to repair. The above content is just to let you know more about fire-fighting knowledge, and we must not repair privately.
