1、 How to distinguish the polarity of the pressure annunciator wiring of the solenoid valve?
The two leads of the solenoid valve and the pressure annunciator in the cabinet heptafluoropropane do not differ in polarity.
2、 Does the pressure gauge of storage equipment or electromagnetic drive equipment show no pressure?
Check whether the switch of the pressure gauge of the storage equipment has been turned on; If the pressure gauge switch has been opened, remove the pressure gauge and replace it with a pressure gauge of the same type, and then open the pressure gauge switch. If the pressure gauge recovers to the green area, the pressure is normal; If the pressure gauge is not in the area, it can also be converted to a new pressure gauge for detection. If there is still no pressure after changing the good pressure gauge and opening the pressure gauge switch, it may also be that the pressurized gas has leaked. At this time, we should supplement the pressure as soon as possible. In either case, tighten the sealing nut at the pressure gauge interface clockwise after checking the pressure gauge.
3、 When putting into use, remove the installed safety baffle and pull out the secure PIN?
The safety baffle is installed on the solenoid valve, which is mainly designed to prevent the knife switch from maloperation due to bumps and sensations during transportation, safety and commissioning. Before the system is put into operation, loosen the bolts on the electromagnet, pull out the baffle, and then tighten the electromagnet, otherwise the solenoid valve cannot be opened. The safety snap ring is used to determine the manual pressure handle. It is only necessary to pull out the safety snap ring before pressing the manual pressure handle when manually starting the container valve. The manual pressure handle does not affect the electrical starting of the solenoid valve.
4、 Should the safety pin on the container valve of the storage equipment be pulled out when the system is put into operation?
The safety pin on the container valve is used to determine the cam paddle. It is only necessary to pull out the safety pin before pulling down the cam paddle when the container valve is started mechanically and manually, and determining the cam paddle does not affect the nitrogen start of the container valve.
