Heptafluoropropane, as a kind of gas fire-extinguishing equipment, is efficient, clean and corrosion-free. Heptafluoropropane is also widely used in major places, and is installed in workshops, power distribution rooms, machine rooms, server rooms, and various large-scale precision equipment rooms. Of course, heptafluoropropane is installed. In a word, it can be described as: cultivating soldiers for thousands of days, using soldiers for a time. Heptafluoropropane is on standby for more time, and what we need to check every day is whether the cylinder valve leaks and deforms, and whether the pressure in the cylinder is normal. Once there is a problem, we need to send it to a professional manufacturer for testing and filling in time, and our problem today is to explain around this testing and filling.


Before supporting cylinder detection and cylinder filling license, each formal and professional manufacturer needs to carry out relevant qualification certification, and needs to have a license for cylinder detection and gas filling before testing and filling.


When transporting heptafluoropropane cylinders, we must pay attention to handle them with care to avoid bumping the cylinder itself. Then we should register the cylinder inspection, deal with the medium in the cylinder, remove the anti vibration ring of the cylinder valve, and start to inspect the cylinder body. According to the appearance, sound, cylinder mouth thread inspection, as well as the inside of the cylinder, we should check the cylinder mouth valve. If it fails to pass, it is judged as waste destruction, After passing the test, carry out the air tightness test of the cylinder valve, prepare the new cylinder valve, then assemble the cylinder valve, keep the interior dry, carry out the water pressure and air tightness test again, mark the steel seal color code, issue the inspection report, and the qualified cylinders are put into storage and distributed.


Precautions for filling heptafluoropropane gas:



1. Check the gas cylinder and check whether the steel seal of the gas cylinder is within the effective use range. Turn the steel cylinder upside down, insert the gas pipe from the cylinder mouth to the bottom of the cylinder, and purge the cylinder with 0.4-0.5mpa nitrogen for 2 minutes.


2. First install the siphon on the cylinder head valve, then install the cylinder valve on the cylinder as required and fasten it (if there is a cylinder valve sheath, install the sheath support first). Install the filling joint according to the specification of the cylinder valve, charge the cylinder with cylinder nitrogen for 2.5-3.0mpa, and use the leak detection liquid to detect the leakage of the bottleneck and the interfaces of the cylinder valve.


3. If the leak detection is normal, release the nitrogen in the cylinder and move it to the filling area for filling. Before filling, check and calibrate the electronic scale with weights to see whether it is within the accuracy range. If there is any abnormality, it can be used for filling and weighing after troubleshooting. Before putting the gas cylinder on the electronic scale, plug the injection port of the gas cylinder with a plug. Move the handled gas cylinder to the electronic scale for weighing, and make records.


4. Weigh and measure the pressure of the raw material barrel (if the pressure is insufficient, nitrogen is required to supplement the pressure, and then weigh), and record the weight of the newly received raw material barrel and the weight of nitrogen. Make filling connection with the filling system. Install the filling connector according to the specification of the bottle valve, and return the electronic scale to zero. Set the alarm value of the electronic scale according to the filling weight of heptafluoropropane required in the sales and production arrangement guide. When the set value is reached, the electronic scale will alarm to remind the operating staff to pay attention in advance, and stop filling when the specified weight is reached. At this time, make a weight record.


5. Remove the filling connector, move the gas cylinder to the special electronic scale for re weighing, and make records. Connect the nitrogen replenishment valve, reach the pressure as required, close the nitrogen filling valve, and record the temperature, pressure and weight. Roll the cylinder after nitrogen replenishment, and observe whether the pressure drops after 20 minutes, and replenish the pressure to the specified pressure value according to the temperature and pressure comparison table.


6. Move the gas cylinder to the side of the pool, then lift it into the pool for leakage inspection, lift the gas cylinder out of the pool, blow out the accumulated water at each interface of the cylinder valve with an air gun, measure the temperature and pressure, and make records.



7. If the above processes meet the requirements of the sales and production arrangement guide, if the weight or pressure is insufficient, conduct appropriate fluid or pressure replenishment.
