The ozone depletion potential value odp=0 and the greenhouse effect potential value gwp=0. It has a short retention time in the atmosphere and is a green environmental protection extinguishing agent.
IG-541 mixed gas automatic fire extinguishing system is mainly composed of gas fire extinguishing alarm control system, fire detection system, fire extinguishing agent storage bottle, container valve, selector valve, pressure reducing device, one-way valve, gas circuit control valve, pressure switch, nozzle, pipeline and other main equipment. 1: Fire extinguishing principle
The fire extinguishing mechanism of IG-541 fire extinguishing system is mainly physical fire extinguishing, suffocating and reducing the oxygen concentration in space.
IG541 mixed gas releases carbon dioxide and reduces the oxygen concentration to the point that it cannot support combustion to put out the fire. Generally, the air in the protection area contains 21% oxygen and less than 1% IG541.
When the oxygen in the protection zone drops below 15%, most combustibles will stop burning. The mixed gas can reduce the oxygen in the protection zone to 12.5% and increase IG541 to 4%. The increase of IG541 ratio accelerates people's respiratory rate and ability to absorb oxygen, so as to compensate for the low concentration of oxygen in the environmental atmosphere. When the designed concentration of fire extinguishing in the fire extinguishing system is not more than 43%, the system is safe and harmless to human body.
2: Working principle
IG541 fire extinguishing system has three ways for users to choose: automatic fire extinguishing, emergency electrical manual fire extinguishing and on-site mechanical opening fire extinguishing.
When any detector in the protection area gives an alarm, the fire alarm signal is transmitted to the fire alarm controller. The audible and visual alarm in the protection area acts, and all personnel in the protection area must evacuate immediately.
When two detectors in a protected area alarm at the same time, the audible and visual alarm outside the protected area acts, and the fire alarm controller sends a linkage signal to link fans, fire dampers, air conditioners and other equipment; The fire alarm controller automatically delays 30 seconds through the gas fire extinguishing controller according to the preset.
When the delay time is over, the gas fire extinguishing controller sends a signal to release the IG541 mixed gas, starts the solenoid valve on the IG541 mixed gas fire extinguishing cylinder, opens the selector valve in the corresponding protection zone through nitrogen, and then opens the container valve on the IG541 gas cylinder to release the IG541 mixed gas fire extinguishing. After receiving the gas release signal fed back by the pressure switch on the main pipe, the gas fire extinguishing controller lights up the gas spraying indicator, Warn people outside the protected area not to enter the protected area. IG541 mixed gas will completely flood the whole protected area within the specified time.
In the whole process of IG541 mixed gas fire extinguishing, the gas fire extinguishing controller transmits the fault signal and gas release signal of the control panel to the fire alarm controller.
3: Scope of application
