1、 What are the regulations for heptafluoropropane? The following technical data should be prepared during the construction of gas fire extinguishing system:


1. Construction design drawings, design instructions, operation and maintenance instructions and installation manuals of the system and its main components.

2. The factory certificate of system components such as container valve, selector valve, one-way valve, nozzle and valve driving device shall be obtained by the national quality supervision, inspection and testing center; The fire extinguishing agent transmission pipeline and pipeline accessories are required to have factory inspection reports, certificates and other certificates.

3. Products used in the system that cannot be reinspected, such as safety diaphragms, must have the inspection report and certificate of conformity of the same batch of products issued by the manufacturer.


2、 The construction of gas fire extinguishing system shall be carried out after the following conditions are met:


1. The conditions set in the protection area and during the storage of fire extinguishing agent are consistent with the design content.

2. The system components and main materials are complete, and the variety, specification and model should meet the design requirements.

3. The embedded parts and holes required by the system meet the design requirements.


3、 Before the construction of the gas fire extinguishing system, the system components shall be checked as follows:


1. The appearance inspection shows that there is no obvious deformation or damage, indicating that the layer is intact, and the interface thread and flange sealing surface are not damaged.

2. Products used in the system that cannot be reinspected, such as safety diaphragms, must have the inspection report and certificate of conformity of the same batch of products issued by the manufacturer. The gas check valve in the selector valve, steel cylinder, check valve, high-pressure hose and valve driving device shall be provided with water pressure and tightness test report. The installation of gas fire extinguishing system shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design and construction drawings and the corresponding technical documents. It shall not be changed at will in the process. The agent sprayed from each nozzle shall meet the requirements of design flow, pressure, spraying time, etc. when it needs to be modified, it must be approved by the original design unit.


Fourth, according to the requirements of code for construction and acceptance of gas fire extinguishing system, make construction records and intermediate acceptance records of concealed areas such as under the floor and above the ceiling of the protection area:


Fifth, the production of collecting pipes, the installation of valves and high-pressure hoses, the production and installation of pipelines and supports, and the purging, testing and painting of pipelines should not only comply with the provisions of the code for construction and acceptance of gas fire extinguishing systems, but also comply with the relevant provisions of the current National Standard Code for construction and acceptance of industrial metal pipelines.


Sixth, considering that this project is in the underground station and belongs to the category of underground buildings, according to the characteristics of underground buildings, such as high humidity, easy condensation, water seepage, poor ventilation and so on, it is necessary to construct according to these characteristics during equipment installation and pipeline laying:


1. The inclination of the pipeline shall be adjusted according to the humidity of each room during the pipeline laying. Generally, the dry room inclines to the wet room, and the wet room inclines to the larger wet room. The inclination of the pipeline shall be controlled at about 5 °


2. Both ends of the pipeline shall be sealed. The pipeline shall be blocked with fire-proof blocking material at the outlet of the wire to prevent external moisture from invading the interior of the pipeline. The blocking material has soft and hard characteristics. When the line needs to be replaced, the sealed blocking material can be taken out


3. All junction boxes and pipelines adopt galvanized pipes, and each module box shall be sealed. Customized module boxes and terminal boxes with sealing rubber rings shall be used in construction


4. Pipelines, pipeline equipment, various module boxes, terminal boxes and alarm controllers shall be derusted.
