Hanging heptafluoropropane is divided into three types: electric control, temperature control and electric temperature dual control. Daily operation maintenance
1. Keep the protection area and control room clean, dry and well ventilated.
2. The surfaces of fire extinguishing devices and alarm fire extinguishing controllers are clean and free of dust.
3. The safety pin and lead seal of the driving device shall be intact.
4. Check the nameplate and warning board of the device, which are nondestructive, clean and visible.
Quarterly maintenance
1. Check the pressure of each fire extinguishing agent storage bottle. The pressure indication value of the pressure gauge should be within the green area.
2. Inspect the appearance of all device components such as fire extinguishing agent storage bottle, container valve, electromagnetic drive device, nozzle, signal feedback device, pressure gauge, etc. there is no collision, deformation and other mechanical damage, the surface is free of rust, and the protective coating is intact. The nameplate should be clear, and the protective cover, lead seal and safety signs should be complete.
3. Inspect the appearance of all device components such as fire extinguishing agent storage bottles, temperature sensing release components, pressure gauges, etc.
Annual maintenance
1. The opening of the protection area, the purpose of the protection area and the type, quantity and distribution of combustibles meet the design requirements.
2. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the fire extinguishing device: all parts are connected reliably without looseness, and the fire extinguishing agent delivery pipeline and nozzle spray hole are not blocked. The device must be cleaned
3. Carry out alarm and startup simulation test on the alarm and fire extinguishing controller, and the fire detection, alarm, fire extinguishing control and other signals and actions are normal. Check the automatic and manual (including emergency start and emergency stop) control mode of the driving device, and the device operates normally.
Remember: during the simulation experiment, the electromagnetic drive device should be removed from the container valve.
4. Remove the signal feedback device to check the manual push piston (simulate the pressure of fire extinguishing agent spraying), the spraying indicator light should be on, the signal should be fed back normally and can be reset manually.
